Sylvie is an expert in the field of Human Performance & Training with more than 14 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. She is a dynamic master facilitator and trainer and is a highly skilled proponent of learner-centered training. She is energetic and dedicated and has an endless thirst for innovation that translates into success for her clients.

Sylvie has worked with organizations and their employees to identify roadblocks to performance and design solutions to resolve them including employee recognition programs.

Sylvie leads sessions more than 150 days per year covering topics of workplace recognition, time management, conflict resolution, public speaking, leadership, teamwork effectiveness, innovation and customer service. She has appeared as a guest speaker at various events and has facilitated conferences with as many as 300 attendees.
 
Thousands of employees in a wide variety of industries and job functions have participated in her participant-centered learning events. As a training consultant, Sylvie has worked with such organizations as The City of Ottawa, Health Canada, Canada Post, The Canada Millennium Scholarship Foundation, The Ottawa Hospital, Bell Canada, Canada’s Safety Nuclear Commission, Nexient Learning, PGF Consultants Incorporated, DMHS Consultants Incorporated and NRL Group Inc.Sylvie is an active member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS). In addition to a number of teaching certifications, Sylvie is certified in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University.
